Jukka’s career has been defined by helping companies navigate complexity and grow. With extensive experience across Fortune Global 500 organisations, high-growth SMEs and technology-driven startups, he specialises in building go-to-market strategies that connect innovation to sustainable commercial outcomes.
His work spans technology-enabled industries, materials and manufacturing value chains, and sustainability-driven markets. He also brings deep experience from the retail sector, using consumer-led insight and strategic partnerships to help industrial players anticipate demand, shape more relevant offerings and accelerate innovation.
Having lived and worked in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Finland and the USA, Jukka brings a deeply international mindset to every engagement. He is fluent in four languages and has collaborated with senior leadership teams around the world.
He holds a Global Executive MBA (Cum Laude) from SDA Bocconi School of Management and an International BBA from the Helsinki School of Economics. From 2013 to 2017, he contributed to the strategic development of SDA Bocconi as a member of its International Advisory Board.
Mikko Rovamaa

Mikko specialises in helping companies translate market complexity into structured, scalable growth. With experience across major corporations, agile SMEs and innovation-driven startups, he has led commercial development projects that span strategy, value-chain optimisation and international expansion- always combining strategic clarity with hands-on execution.
His sector background covers e-commerce and SaaS, retail, food services, food processing and engineering, as well as construction and built-environment solutions. This breadth enables him to connect consumer-led insight with industrial go-to-market strategies- ensuring that innovation is grounded in real demand and operational feasibility.
Mikko has lived and worked in the UK, France, Germany, Finland and China, building a strong cross-cultural perspective and deep understanding of global business dynamics. He is fluent in English, French, German and Finnish.
He holds an MBA from CEIBS (Shanghai / Hong Kong) and a BSc in Management from the University of Manchester.

She has led and managed international accounts such as BMW, McDonald’s, IBM and Bristol-Myers Squibb, developing integrated communication strategies, brand experiences and large-scale campaigns.
